Where is my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email. EU delivery typically takes 8-10 business days. If it's been longer, reach out below and we'll look into it right away.

Can I return or exchange?

Yes — you have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange. Just send us a message with your order number and we'll arrange everything for you.

My glass arrived damaged

We're sorry to hear that. Please send us a photo of the damage and your order number — we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund immediately, no questions asked.

Do you ship outside the EU?

Currently we ship across the EU with free shipping on orders over €40. We're working on expanding to the UK and US — follow us on Instagram to be the first to know.

How do I care for my glass?

All our glasses are dishwasher safe (top rack recommended). They handle temperatures from -20°C to 120°C. For the glass straws, use the included cleaning brush or pop them in the dishwasher.
